How can I become a Member?

You can purchase your membership online here. Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted.

How can I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership online here. Simply log in using your last name and your Member number. Credit cards are the only means of payment accepted.

Note that you can only renew your membership 1 month before the end of your current membership.

What is the Members' Space?

The Members’ Space is a virtual space that allows McCord Stewart Museum Members to:

  • Reserve tickets for the Museum free of charge;
  • Access their digital membership card at any time;
  • Modify their contact information if necessary (email and mailing address);
  • Renew their membership when it expires.

How can I change my contact details (email, telephone, postal address)?

You can change your contact details online, in your Member Space here. Simply log in with your last name and Member number, then make the changes you want.

Will I receive a digital membership card?

Yes. Once you’ve purchased your membership online, at the Museum or over the phone, you will automatically receive a confirmation email explaining how to access your digital card by logging on to your Member Space. You can also download it to your smartphone.

Where can I find my digital membership card?

Your digital membership card is available at all times in your Member Space. Simply log in using your last name and Member number. You can also download it to your smartphone.

Why have you changed your card format?

The McCord Stewart Museum is fully committed to responding to growing environmental issues with a policy of sustainable development. Wishing to limit the environmental footprint of its activities, the Museum recommends the use of the digital membership card to limit the printing of plastic cards and the overuse of paper associated with mailings.

If I choose to obtain a physical card, when will I receive it?

Physical membership cards are now hand-delivered at the Museum’s Admission Desk. To obtain one, simply ask for one the next time you visit the Museum. It will be printed on flexible plastic without delay.

Can I visit the Museum before I have my card?

Once you’ve purchased your membership, you will receive a digital membership card instantly.

If you would like to have a physical membership card, simply request one from the Admission Desk the next time you visit the Museum. It will be printed on flexible plastic without delay.

Do I have to show my membership card every time I visit the Museum?

We recommend that you present your digital membership card every time you visit, to speed up your access to the Museum. You will receive a 10% discount at the Boutique and Café Notman only when you present your membership card.

However, you can still gain access to the Museum by presenting a valid ID card.

I have lost my membership card. What should I do?

It is impossible to lose your membership card, as it’s available online in your Member Space.

If you would like to have a physical membership card, simply request one from the Admission Desk the next time you visit the Museum. It will be printed on flexible plastic without delay. However, in order to limit the environmental footprint of its activities, the Museum recommends that you simply use the digital membership card.

Can I change my current membership?

No. It is impossible to change your membership while it’s still valid. To change your membership, you will have to wait until the end of your current membership.

Can my child visit the Museum alone?

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult or a person over 16.
