Sonnet Stanfill, Curator, Presents the Exhibition Eleganza

Sonnet Stanfill, curator of the exhibition and Acting Senior Curator, Department of Furniture, Textiles and Fashion at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, takes us through Eleganza: Italian Fashion from 1945 to Today, presented by Holt Renfrew.

This exhibition presents the work of the famous designers who have marked the world of Italian fashion since 1945, such as Valentino, Armani, Fendi, Prada, Dolce&Gabbana, Emilio Pucci, Moschino, and Gucci.

Marvel at some 100 creations epitomizing the glamour and influence of Italian fashion. Discover garments, accessories, photographs, magazines, drawings, and film clips.

The exhibition is organized by the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. On display at the McCord Museum until September 25, 2016.
