Justice for Joyce Echaquan

On behalf of the McCord Museum and all its employees, we want to express our deepest condolences to the family of Joyce Echaquan, her loved ones, and the community of Manawan. We are devastated and we stand in solidarity with all those affected by this tragedy.

We all have a role to play in ending the racism around us. Education, identifying inequality, and sharing stories and knowledge are essential to opening our minds, developing empathy, and dismantling prejudice, so that we can put an end to inequity. #JusticeforJoyce #JoyceEchaquan
